HOW MANY AGENCY OWNERS DO YOU WORK WITH AT A TIME?
I want to dedicate myself fully to the people that I work with, so I only work with a select few agency owners at one time. If my books are closed please still email me and we can chat about other assistants I can recommend.
WHAT IS YOUR HOURLY RATE?
I don’t work on an hourly rate! Once you have given me a full list of the tasks you’d like help with I will put together a custom proposal with a set package(s). If you’re looking for a cheap VA I’m not your person! I charge at a level that reflects my knowledge and expertise. PLUS by having a set price, you know where you stand when budgeting for each project. No guesswork, no horrors when you get an invoice higher than expected.
DO YOU DEAL WITH CLIENT-FACING COMMUNICATIONS?
Not if you don’t want me to, I’m happy to be behind the scenes, but also happy if you want someone to be able to communicate with clients.
CAN YOU DO THE STRATEGY SIDE OF THE PROJECT?
This isn’t part of the service that I offer, but as someone who has run a Dubsado setup business for over 5 years, I can assist you in any strategy problems you might be facing. Sometimes it’s nice to have someone else on the team who understands the strategy and can bring a new perspective to a clients workflows. I will not be present on strategy calls, but can chat with you about it after the fact if you’re stuck with a problem.
